The right connection as below image. Vacuum tube connect needle and filter. Then filter connect with handle vacuum pipe.

What is mesogun consumables including?
Needle and filter are disposable for general vacuum mesotherapy gun. After the vacuum tube become dirty could replace it even it is not consumables.
In usual using 32G 9pin needle. 34G 9pin needle works the same. Without obvious difference. The needle length all 0.2-2.0mm for adjust. Normal filter could fitting needle and vacuum tube all could using. But some filter without right buckle to fitting vacuum tube, it can’t be use because can not build up sealing enviroment for vacuum. Sometimes will cause machine leakge.
About back filter
Some mesogun have plastic back filter as double security. Dermashine without this back filter but have buttom filter under machine. This filter do not need to replace. After it become dirty could do cleaning. But in general do not need to focus on it. If worried about machine serve time could add another back cotton filter which able to replace after it become dirty.
