Does hair scalp analysis also work for computer?
This item can not support windows computer use. But we have same version special for Windows system. Also have different skin analysis machine for facial use. Even scalp analysis could scan skin as well, but do not giving report. Same as skin analyzer, could scan hair scalp but do not giving scalp analysis report.
What is program language
Currently only support English. For more quantity, we will able to develop new language for you. But need you help for translation. Skin analysis machine for computer use with Spanish, French, Korea language, Malaysian and Czech language. If need to change print logo and package, each machine have different quote. Warranty
Those skin and hair analysis machine do not come with screen. Which means we will send you software to install after receive machine. Even after 10 years we still able to serve you program without extra cost. Relative to machine body, support one year warranty. If do not drop the camera would be very durable. We sold machine since 2014, until today still have clients come back and ask us send upgrade software.
