Alexanrite laser 755nm and 1064nm application
Usually 755nm laser use to do hair removal. If have 1064nm together could work for pigment remove, Diffuse redness, vasscular lesions, pigment remove and skin rejuvenation.
All laser machine active on pigmentation and dark color, so we do have some limit on very dark skin to avoid skin burn down.
Hair follicle have melanin, the melanin could absord energy from laser wavelength and raising temperature to crush hair follicle. Hair growth have telogen, anagen, and catagen phases. After 3-5 times treatment could get forever hair remove benefits.
Pigment and redness color lighter than hair follicle, more sensity to 1064nm laser. It is the reason to using 1064nm to do skin rejuvenation treatment.
Darker skin usually use lighter energy because have melanin on skin cells. they absorb energy easy to get burn. Very dark skin do not recommend use laser beauty machine.
Does alexandrite laser need to work with gel?
Comparing with other 808nm hair removal, OPT hair removal, IPL hair removal, SHR or more hair remove machine. Alexandrite laser ND yag laser do not need to work with gel or waxing first. Could do treatment directly. However we recommend keep skin moist after treatment it is more relaxing for skin.

Treatment
Take the 755nm wavelength as an example. 1064nm wavelength is the same, which will not be illustrated here again.
The steps are as following:
1.Make sure the machine is installed compete;
2.Make sure the water is full filled;
3.Position the machine correctly beside the treatment table; clean the treatment area;
4.Start the machine;
5.Enter the welcome page;
6.Enter the 755nm page;
7.Set up the parameters as required; or come into the INDICATION page for reference.
8.Press “standby” key to ready for treatment;
9.Now the laser is ready to shoot.
10.Get the handpiece ready on the treatment area;
11.Step the pedal to get started; the light should be out on the skin and the hair should be burned.
Note: to keep the continuous treatment, the pedal should be stepped all the time. Release the pedal when the treatment needs to stop.
