60W could use for lipolysis. But if using 60W machine the optional fiber is consumable, standard hand defaulted 1.8mm.

Treatment peremeter
Frequency recommend starting by 10 – 15 Hz. Freqeuncy only control speed, without effect to treatment result.
Width pulse 20-30 for spider veins remove.
If want to remove deeper spider veins could adjust the width pulse smaller, and raise energy.
About cooling function
Default machine 30W without cooling function, if want it we could add it into machine.
Treatment prepare:
Cleaning facial or treatment location first. Then use alcohol clean machine. Setting energy and working model.
All treatment starting by small power first, if clients could stand higher we could raise it to arrive better improvement.
