Plasma pen factory development
We are the developer & manufacturer factory, since the 1st generation come out already did 3 times upgrade. At the begining we just make it as spot removal pen use. Afte some clients feedback from EURO and try to use it as eyelid pen. We realize it could be wrinkle removal as well.
Plexr pen this word starting from Slovakia sell in very high price, come with training also. It is special for eyelid, wirnkle remove, stretch remove, spot removal etc. For plasma pen normaly use sine wave to cause plasma energy. During the 2nd generation we try to use square wave to get mroe stable output. However transformer can not stand such strong output, that time use 12V 1A. This period cause a lot quality problem and we working very difficult to call back machine, then offer refuund or replacement.
Since V.3.0 finish we finally solve everything and get stable sine wave and output. So the 3rd generation is in sine wave as well. For the next step we will develop a square wave plasma pen to ensure high and stable output.
Strict quality control
Since PCB componnet material to whole circuit board including 42 detecting steps by lab machine. After machine installing all 100% sampling detect. The whole machine before loading been through production line check, installation persion detect, machine scan and QC check. Finaly sales person check and sign then send out.
Reponsible after sales services.
During work days all feedback will be respond and solve within 24 hours. Each machine offer one year warranty, if receive not in good condition could replace within one week. In past 28 month we cooperate with a lot training school. All salesperson accept training and understand all technique, development and manufacturing steps could offer very professional services and support. It is not possible from other company or factory. Professional attitude produce professional machine. For machine OEM and new machine development very welcome company visiting. We will discuss details by the company of our engineer and technique.
