Injection error – Motor encoder error
Usually check handle connection first. During suction happen, this window showing because machine and handle lose connection. Checking error from 3 points. First check handle and machine connection. If problem can not solve, check if handle line have any bend or broken. Finnaly hear handle machinery voice normal or not. If without exprience to do those checking just replace handle could work.
Machine lose vacuum suction
Dermashine pro vacuum cause by vacuum pumps, needle and filter build up vacuum circulation. If needle and filter connection do not fitting well will lose vacuum. Do not connect handle could use finger touch vacuum output check if suction normal or not. If without vacuum is machine body error. If it is normal but finnaly machine can not normal inject should check needle and filter connection. Finnaly choice automatic working model replace pedal model.
Mostly if blood and dirty serum comming into machine body will cuase this error. So recommend exchange needle and filter for each client use.
Screen calculation wrong
Setting each shot dosage and total shots do not accurate. Under padel model those index not always correct because padel is machinery to keep needle inject, can not accurate control digital screen. In normal use auto machine, machine auto control vacuum suction frequency and inject specify dosage. If under auto model still have dosage error should check syringe and vacuum setting. Dermashine support 1cc, 2cc, 3cc, 5cc syringe. If using 5cc syringe can not set 1cc on screen. Two setting should matching.
Touch screen do not work
Very rare case, temperature changing and shipping shock making screen become tighten with PCB board. Over 90% situation loose screen could solve. Using any card like Credit Card or something similar stuck between the screen and the machine could solve.
Serum leakage
It is not dermashine pro injection error, cheap needle without good sealing easy to cause leakage. If using good needle, setting needle length over 1mm could solve this problem. Facial injection depth range 1.0-1.4mm.
