How to install machine accessories?

After connect it will looks like that. The vacuum buckle need to press first and then insert the tube.
Dermashine injection machine syringe support 1cc,2cc,3cc,5cc. 5cc do not need holder should take it off. Or 1-3 need to install holder so that tighten syringe. Filter use to prevent liquid or dirty coming into machine body with vacuum. Needle and filter connect by vacuum tube so that build up vacuum circulation. Besides, syringe should press harder so that fitting the buckle.
In general injection depth setting 1.2mm. Sometimes forehead could using 1.0mm. If needle install or adjust wrong would cause Leakage. Right installation and setting will not cause leakage.
Dermashine pro needle
As traditional all using 32G 9pin needle. But in Thailand a lot doctors prefer 34G 9pin needle if you have been training. Because 34G do not come with scale, need skill to judge needle length. Comparing with 32G, the 34G needle harder and sharper.
Also some doctors prefer 16pin needle. Could getting better function but more painful and serum usage.

Dermashine Injection Training Operation
Dermashine injection training starting by dosage setting. For whole face injection needle length adjust on 1.2mm. Original dermashine pro support sticky liquid. If you are not using the good one could dilute serum with saline. Client should use numbing serum. Wait for 20 minutes starting operation. Keep vacuum on 4-5 level, dosage we prefer 0.05cc each shot. Continuous model and starting operation. Handle keep vertical on skin so that needle fully touch skin so that create vacuum.
Cooling handle
The cooling handle could work alone without machine. After injection if skin redness a lot could use cooling to do first calming. And then keep skin clear. Only 1-3 days would totally disappear.
