beierplasm is one of registered trademark we did this year. We start new pen development since early 2017 and been through a very difficult period
Appearance design
- sales department get feedback from clients
- designers make the appearance effect picture ( we got 27 back up project )
- Pick up one favorite appearance and open a mode to make appearance
- change and adjust the appearance again and again, including needle head ( it took us 3 mont )
- color print
- PCB ( circuit board ) design and test, only this process our engineer from Guangzhou to Shenzhen 48 times to communicate the details.
- Looking for battery supplier, we make the machine very portable, get one high quality and big capacity battery, at the same time need it very portable not very easy, we test 54 battery suppliers.
- Installation – after all accessories finish, engineers combine it together and offer it to saleas person test, only they know what excactly clients need.
- color print and software adjusted
- customers test feedback, we send one 100pcs machine to regular distributors test and get feedback, this step still ongoing now.
- At the same time we are making color print.
beierplasm pen development story
Previous plasma pen K29 with two power level – 1.48KW and 2.02KW. Some of clients said power too high cause deeply hurt, clients take long time to recover. However some of clients feedback energy too weak to do treatment. So the new ibeier plasma pen we make different level voltage output and frequency, clients could adjust and find the best energy you may want.
The most important thing is the plasma pen K29 we develop since 2015 and finish on 2016. It is been selling very well and many supplier copy our pen even make worse quality, it did hurt us and the market because that pen did not apply patent.
So we need a new pen with high quality and affordable price, get feedback from K29 and make all function as clients sincerely want. That’s the reason why we develop K85.
When will it really published?
It is on testing, after all clients feedback quality and function without any problem we will start selling. This time we will looking for exclusive distributors but not main sell to end users.
